How a Project Runs

  1. Send drawings or samples — STEP / IGES / DXF, 2D PDF, or a physical part. A written description with target material, tolerance and annual volume speeds the quote up.
  2. Free DFM review — engineers check wall thickness, draft angle, gate position, ejector layout and machining allowance, and return a marked-up drawing with the cost drivers explained.
  3. Quotation — part price, tooling cost, lead time and tolerance class stated line by line, normally within 24 hours of receiving usable drawings.
  4. Tooling and first article — prototype tooling and samples in about 7 days; dimensional report and sample parts sent for approval before volume production.
  5. Volume production and shipping — 30-45 days after tooling approval, batch traceability, salt-spray and CMM reports attached, shipped FOB / CIF / DDP as agreed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the typical prototype lead time?
Prototype tooling and samples are typically completed in 7 days. For complex parts a detailed timeline is given during the DFM review.
Can you work from our own drawings?
Yes. We accept STEP / IGES / DXF files, 2D PDF drawings and physical samples, and DFM feedback is free of charge.
What materials do you use?
ADC10 / ADC12 aluminium, AZ91D magnesium, Zamak zinc alloy, and custom alloys to specification.
Do you support small batches?
Yes. MOQ is flexible — from 100 pieces for structural parts up to full container loads.
Which certifications do you provide?
ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Material certificates, inspection reports and PPAP documents are available on request.
How fast will I receive a quotation?
Send drawings, samples or a written description and our engineers reply with a DFM analysis and quotation within 24 hours.
What is the mass production lead time?
Volume production is typically 30-45 days after tooling approval, with documented schedules and batch traceability.
